We had a fantastic time celebrating Valentine's day on Tuesday!  We practiced descriptive writing with decorated hearts.  First, we decorated the hearts.  Next, we thought of descriptive words and adjectives to tell about our hearts.  Last, we used the words to write descriptive paragraphs about our hearts!

We also had a great time exchanging Valentines!  We marked a tally chart to see how many different kinds of Valentines we had.  It was fun to track Valentine data!
