Meet Mrs. Fry
My name is Wendy Fry and I am thrilled to begin my seventh year of teaching! I am a 2007 graduate of Penn State University where I participated in a year-long Professional Development School program, which partnered with the State College Area School district. After graduation, I moved to Atlanta, GA to teach at Meadowcreek Elementary Title 1 School of Distinction where I gained a wealth of experiences as a kindergarten and first grade teacher.
After five wonderful years in Atlanta, Mr. Fry and I are very excited to be back in the northeast, reunited with our family. I am now teaching at Green Woods Charter School in Roxborough, PA. We can't wait to explore all of the fun things that Philadelphia has to offer!
We have a wonderful little dog named Lily who keeps us very busy. Lily LOVES meeting all of my first grade friends! She also loves to give kisses - watch out! Learn more about Lily here.
My favorite things: READING, cooking, running, hiking, biking, swimming, the beach, photography, music, art, dancing, yoga, sewing, traveling, and trying new things!!
